Once you receive a special via email, you will then have 24 hours or less (in some cases limited passcodes are available) to get your unique BBE Passcode. Each Passcode is good for one-time use and only one Passcode can be applied to the bill. Passcodes for events are valid on the date of event.
Mention your Passcode to the host at the restaurant when you make a reservation or when you arrive for your meal, or the event—no need to print it out (unless you want to!), just remember it and say it.
