Locanda del Lago brings the shores of Lake Como right to Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade. The kitchen is led by new Michelin star chef Gianfranco Minuz, a native of Friuli, Italy, who has crafted new bi-weekly seasonal specials such as striped bass baked in carta fata (parchment paper) with white wine and herbs, and Moretti beer-braised all-natural Colorado lamb with local fava beans and soft polenta.
