Inside, the sophisticated brown and champagne toned room glows under gentle lighting. Drinks are handcrafted with high quality fresh ingredients including local fruits, nuts and berries and the snack menu features iconic Bay Area bites such as chips and salsa from the legendary South San Francisco taqueria, La Tapatia, to black truffle and white cheddar popcorn from the local purveyor 479° Popcorn. The cocktail menu is expansive, covering the classics, bartender favorites, and a rotating seasonal list of farm-fresh concoctions. Fire and Ice runs cool with tequila, cilantro, pineapple and lime juices, hot with a cayenne-salted rim. Fizz of Fury is a chill bourbon potion, frothy with egg white, rich with port, tart with lemon and dragon fruit puree. Relaxing with a cocktail under clocks highlighting the hour from Rome to Tokyo will take you from a moment in San Francisco to “lost in time.”
