BRUNCH
By The BYOBandits
Beyond the clubby address and obvious disregard for Google Maps, Brunch delivers an unexpected twist that you've probably never even thought to ask for at a restaurant: shoe shines. If penny loafers and wingtips aren't your normal breakfast attire, there's a much more practical policy that you can take advantage of: Brunch is BYOB. So put on your favorite Armani Exchange tee, a few squirts of Cool Water, and treat yourself to a decadent boys' morning out, complete with bottle service. The bulk of the menu offers traditional brunch classics with enough panache to be served in the airy exposed brick and beam loft, including the tender Yard and Coup (Intelligentsia-rubbed hangar steak and eggs) and the funky fusion fried tempura benedict, served atop thinly sliced roast beef and tangy pesto hollandaise. If you happened to leave the eggnog at home (we did not), wake up your sweet tooth with the s’mores french toast. It’s all about overindulgence and (bring-your-own) champagne on ice.
