Happy year of the pig! According to the Chinese zodiac, the pig is diligent, compassionate, easy-going, and generous. And if the Lunar New Year menu at Chop Shop II is any indication, it’s going to be a highly delicious and abundant year.

The space at the Flatiron restaurant is minimalist and comfy, with lots of blonde wood and a buzzy bar. And to celebrate China’s most important holiday, Chop Shop’s Lunar New Year menu features favorites and highlights from the restaurant’s pan-Asian menu, with dishes perfect for sharing. But first, to kick off the festivities, there’s your choice of a sweet-tart passion fruit spritz or glass of prosecco.
