Cal Hancock learned the lobster gospel from her grandmother at the family’s successful restaurant in Ogunquit, Maine, and today she tests and perfects new dishes—like gluten-free lobster mac and cheese, York Harbor lobster risotto casserole, and Roque Island coconut curry lobster soup—in her home kitchen in Cundy's Harbor, Maine's oldest commercial lobstering community.
