Roasts 101: Set it and forget it

Cooking a whole roast may seem daunting, but in reality it’s super simple. The larger size cut, combined with Snake River Farms’ gorgeously marbled meats, makes roasting easy. Just season the meat liberally with salt and pepper, and roast in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 20 minutes per pound, until it reaches your desired temperature.
