Flash back to the simpler times of being a kid at summer camp every Sunday at Camp Dawson, kicking off Sunday, June 3. Chicagoans can enjoy campfire-inspired activities for grownups, like live music and monthly cocktail-making classes ($20 per person) on the patio. Nosh on classic camp fare like grilled cheese, BBQ chicken sliders, and s’mores with boozy marshmallows and chocolate, and sip on bottled "bug juice" and frozen vodka watermelon cocktails.

Negroni Week Specials for a Good Cause at Sable Kitchen & Bar
Sable Kitchen & Bar is shaking up Negroni cocktails for a good cause from June 4 through 10. Head Bartender Mike Jones has created a menu of gin, rum, and whiskey iterations that range from $12 to $15, and $1 of every cocktail sold will be donated to No Kid Hungry. Choose the iconic Italian cocktail lineup: Negroni with Beefeater gin, Carpano Antica, Campari, and orange peel; Angelical with Bulldog gin, Salers Aperitif, Dolin Dry, Bitter Truth grapefruit bitters, and lemon peel; Misterioso with Wild Turkey 101, Cynar, Punt e Mes, Averna, Regan’s Orange Bitters, orange peel; or Caspartine with Appleton 12 Rum, Meletti, Aperol, and lemon pigtail.
