Learn to Mix at Billy Sunday
Mixing cocktails can be intimidating, and it seems like everyone else already knows how to make them. But on March 18, Billy Sunday, one of the city’s best cocktail bars, is coming to your rescue with Cocktail 101. This small group class will teach you all about the history and techniques of proper mixing, and, obviously, will include plenty of drinking.

Michelin-starred beer specials at Dusek’s Board & Beer
Chicago’s most popular spots don’t often run great specials—let’s face it: they don’t have to! That’s why this deal at Dusek’s Board & Beer is so amazing. Every Wednesday, they’re not just offering half-priced bottles of wine, but also half-priced bottles of large format beer, from one of the most extensive craft beer lists in town. The only rule is you have to buy some food, but their great beef fat fries totally count.

Celebrate Women’s History Month at Moneygun
It’s Women’s History Month, and at Moneygun, that means some of the best women bartenders around are getting behind the bar. On every Sunday in March, they’ll be doing takeovers from local bartenders like Jacyara De Oliviera, Liz Pearce, and Marissa Barlow. All the drinks are $11.75, and $1 of each goes to Planned Parenthood.

Dim Sum at Imperial Lamian
The best after work snack we can think of is dim sum. And getting some of the best in town at a discount? It doesn’t get better than that. Imperial Lamian has launched a particularly great $5 dim sum menu which includes crispy wontons, spring rolls and Szechuan wontons. They also offer a $5 “Beer and Bump” special, which includes a shot of Malort from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
